Nike Fuel Band – The Set Up

Nike Fuel Band set up

In my determination to finally get fit this summer, Ive started wearing the ultimate sports accessory the Nike Fuel Band.  This clever bracelet will help me monitor everything from the number of steps I take everyday, through to actually alarming me if Ive sat down for too long (basically every hour).  The point of the Fuel Band is to keep you moving so that you can ultimately stay fit.  I headed down to Nike Town on London’s Oxford Circus to get my band set up.

The whole process was very easy, and the Nike team did everything for me.  They then took a couple of minutes to explain how it works and then let me on my way.  I was set up with the very extra special Rose Gold Limited Edition Fuel Band, which is now sold out world-wide, so I was lucky to get my hands on one.

Once home all I had to do was take it out the packaging, plug it into my computer to charge for a couple of hours and then I was ready.  The functions are very easy to use, and anyone could understand how it works.  Not only does it look great, but it is going to be very useful in keeping track of my movement and general fitness over the next month.  So watch this space as more updates are to follow on how I am getting on.

Welcome to Maketh The Man, a lifestyle and travel blog by Callum Watt and Anton Welcome.

Maketh The Man launched in 2010 as a home to showcase male jewellery. From the best chunky necklaces to our favourite signet rings. Whilst the Mark Twain quote does say "Clothes maketh the man", we actually think its the finer details that make an outfit really pop. Hence why we decided to focus our attention on how to accessorize your wardrobe.

We quickly expanded our coverage to include all accessories from the best footwear, to the most stylish bags and pocket squares.

Today Maketh The Man has grown to be one of the UKs top male lifestyle blogs covering a range of different categories. From the greatest holiday destinations to the tastiest cocktail or finest whisky recommendations, with a healthy dose of technology and grooming thrown in.
