World Cup Finals Ready with Very this Summer

We’ve been saying this for the best of 2 weeks now, but with the results going the way they were, it looked like Football was genuinely coming home for us…

And in the bitter end of our semi-final, we didn’t quite make it. But its fine because it’s been a good competition and the spirit of the beautiful game lives on. And although we’re now out of the world cup, there’s still a third place match up to go and final to spectate and Maketh-the-Man has been thinking of upping our viewing experience (even if England aren’t a part of it anymore).

We’ve teamed up with Very, to pick out some ideal essentials to get ourselves geared up for goals and help capture the buzz of the world cup finals anywhere we are.

Things we picked to make this happen:

Phillips Hue White and colour ambience bulbs

Phillips Hue White and Colour Ambiance E27

HP Stream x360 11-aa002na 2-in-1 laptop

Sandisk Cruzer Ultra 64GB USB

Google Home Mini

If you’re at home sat with the family or the lads, make sure that you’re setting the atmosphere right, so everyone in the room (whether they’re French supporters or Croatian) feels like their closer to the game than they are. With the help of the Phillips E14 Hue lights, we can set any colour we like, from over 500 colours-built in. how it’s done we do not know, but Callum has toyed about with a million times, picking a colour for each team in the tournament.

There is no easier way to add a little more atmosphere to your settings football or no football, than throwing in some Phillips E14 Hue bulbs and extra Phillips E27 bulbs from Very, across the room to change your mood. Strap that up with a Google Home mini and you’ve got full voice control fun in your living room settings.

And if you’re like me and still moping about the good performance we had throughout the world cup tournament, you’re probably going to be spending a lot of time on YouTube getting your stream on. And this is where a good old mini laptop from HP comes in handy.

I’m still in the football spirit so I picked up the HP Stream x360 2-in-1 laptop, which will tick the box for watching the third place play-off’s and the final whilst I’m on the move. The HP Stream x360 comes in various colours all with 1-year subscription to office 365, plenty of space to save down all those important video clips to watch remotely.

There is still more sporting greatness to go for the rest of the year. And Very house 1000’s of electrical goods, to help improve your entertainment experience for you and those in your company.
