If you have ever been to a barbecue with me then you will have tried my famous barbecue bananas. These bad boys I have to introduce everyone to as they are so darn good. The right balance of fruit and sweet goodness I can almost guarantee that anyone will love them. Plus they are sooooooooo simple to make!
All you have to do is start with a lovely bunch of bananas, white and milk chocolate buttons and some marshmallows. Simply slit the banana down the middle (but dont cut all the way through it), stuff as much buttons and marshmallows into it as you can, then wrap it tight in foil. Once done chuck it on the barbecue and let cooks for 15mins or so. Once you open it up you will find a mess of banana and sweet goodness melted together screaming eat me. A perfect way to polish off any summer barbecue. Trust me! What’s more you can change up the ingredients to whatever you fancy. Try different types of chocolate, or extra things to spice up the dessert.
