I love a good set of headphones, well who doesn’t I suppose? The horrid tin like noise that comes from badly made headphones destroys the craftsmanship of the musical artist that you are trying to listen to. I’ve always invested in good solid headphones to make sure that I get the best audio out of whatever I happen to be listening to which is typically some sort of jazzy house music. I was delighted to find out that Selfridges has opened a new department dedicated to this so I headed down and picked up a new set of Bloc & ROC Galvanize S1 headphones.
These bad boys are made from aerospace aluminium and are ultra light on the head. They come in a selection of different colours and of course I picked red, my favourite one. Sitting snug on top of my head, with the volume turned up I often find myself sitting at my desk taping away on the keyboard as the most beautifully crisp audio comes out of the headset. A quality product that is hand made in Britain and the craftsmanship certainly shines through.
