It is now official Spring 2016, so the weather is getting warmer and drinks cooler. Looking for a new tipple I headed to my local supermarket and picked up a new Cointreau Fizz box. In the box comes a very cool cocktail maker, which shows the exact measurements you need to make the perfect Cointreau Fizz. So gathering all the ingredients together I was set and ready to go. 
All you need to do is fill the mixer with ice, add Cointreau, the juice of half a lime (and chuck in the lime) then top off with sparkling water and drink. I suppose you could drink straight from the mixer with a straw but for that added glam I poured the iced drink into a martini glass and sipped until ready for the next one. 
Cointreau Fizz
Ingredients: 50ml Cointreau |20 ml of fresh lime juice (1/2 fresh lime) | 100 ml sparkling water and ice.
Method: Fill a glass with ice, add Cointreau, the juice of half a lime and top off with sparkling water.
Garnish: Garnish with wedges of lime.
